The index ends on the red to close at 5,976, losing -0.75%, coming down from the recent momentous gains. The index level now sits within the 50-day MA observing a small retracement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

RSI dips from its climb to curve at 55.42 potentially ending its bullish momentum as profit taking transpires throughout the market. MACD runs stronger green bars in its histogram indicating a strong buy sentiment across key index constituents which may signal further profit taking from investors, possibly liquidating positions throughout the week. ADX starts to dip at the 30.63 level, holding some degree of a trend as the +DI end on a small gap with the -DI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With investors poised to take profits after the bullish run, the index is expected to retrace further and perform a pullback which may create more buying opportunities across the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
