(PGOLD) to PHP47.00, adjusting our 10-year EBITDA CAGR estimate of 4.1% to 5.4%. The company is expected to benefit from the lower inflation environment, translating to higher margins and same-store-sales growth (SSSG). Moreover, revenue has grown by an average of 8% over the last five years, a testament to its position as a market leader in the retail industry, which we are positive will continue given its domestically driven business. We reiterate our BUY rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analysis and Opinion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PGOLD has already gone up 14% month-on-month and has outperformed the PSEi year-to-date (YTD) by 31% as it now trades at a 52-week high. With the stock entering overbought conditions last week, a consolidation is bound to happen. Capitalizing on pullbacks is advisable as PGOLD remains in a bullish set-up, trading above all key moving averages (MA 50, 100, 200).
