It is targeting the acquisition of its sponsor\u2019s operating solar assets in tranches and expects to complete the first batch (250MW) by the end of this year. Pending further details, we opt to keep our Target Price intact. Nevertheless, its prospective dividend yield of 5.6% for this year makes it worth holding. We downgrade our rating from BUY to HOLD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analysis and Opinion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CREIT\u2019s share price has surged 18% so far this year, outperforming the PSEi by nearly 20%. It is the second-best gainer among the REITs we cover, next to RCR. Its share price has already surpassed our Php3.50 target price (TP), closing at its all-time high of Php3.60 to Php3.63 for several days now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CREIT&#8217;s 1Q 2025 net income was relatively flat at Php358 million, slightly behind our expectations. Revenues were stable<br>at Php472 million. The steady performance is rooted in a guaranteed base lease.
