(PGOLD) based on our EBITDA-driven discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation. We estimate a 10-year EBITDA CAGR of 4.1%, rooted on a 2025 EBITDA forecast of +15% year-on-year (y\/y) as we believe the company benefits from lower inflation, translating to higher margins and same-store-sales growth (SSSG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analysis and Opinion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenue has grown by an average of 8% over the last five years, a testament to PGOLD&#8217;s position as a market leader in the retail industry, which we are positive will continue given its domestically driven business. PGOLD has outperformed the PSEi year-to-date (YTD) by 14% and with the stock currently trading at a PE of 8.4x, lower than its 5-year historical average of 10x, we believe it is still undervalued at our target price (TP) of Php40.00. Our TP still offers an attractive 24% upside, inclusive of the special cash dividends of Php0.72 (2.61%) in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PGOLD was awarded the Hypermarket of the Year (Philippines) and Integrated Campaign of the Year (Philippines) in the recent 2025 Retail Asia Awards. The recognition marks the company\u2019s solid year of growth, reflected by the record-breaking profits in 2024.
