SM Leisure Resort and Residences (SMLRR), a unit of Sy-led SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SMPH), has topped off the \u20b12-billion Pico Terraces, a premium residential condominium located within Pico de Loro Cove in Hamilo Coast, Batangas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement, SM Prime said the topping-off ceremony, held on April 3, marks a key step in the group\u2019s sustained expansion in the high-end real estate segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe resilient demand for upscale leisure residences outside Metro Manila marks a structural shift in how Filipinos define aspirational living and long-term investment,\u201d said SMLRR Executive Vice President and Business Unit Head Shirley C. Ong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added that, \u201cPico Terraces answers this shift by offering a vacation home that delivers generational value, environmental connection and a more refined way of living.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pico Terraces includes 211 units across Ardea Suites and Balea Suites, with a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations designed for versatility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ardea Suites development is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2027, while Balea Suites will be completed by the fourth quarter of that year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amenities\u2014such as a 500-square meter (sqm) cascading pool, indoor and outdoor fitness zones, clubhouse, and a landscaped grand lawn\u2014are designed not just for comfort but also to cultivate a more intentional and relaxed pace of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur amenities were designed on a grand scale to create a complete vacation setting for unit owners. The only reason to step out of the complex is when the beach calls,\u201d Ong said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ownership at Pico Terraces also comes with access to Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club, an exclusive members-only resort within Hamilo Coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This coastal development forms part of the Coral Triangle, a globally significant marine region that hosts 76 percent of the world\u2019s coral species and 37 percent of all coral reef fish species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
