(RLC) has dropped by 10.5% year-to-date (YTD) while RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR)&#8217;s price has gained 6.0% during the same period. As a result, RLC\u2019s market cap of P57.6-Billion is now lower than the market value of its 63.9% stake in RCR which stands at P63.2-Billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While there are legitimate concerns over RLC\u2019s residential business, we think that the sell-off is overdone and the market is overly discounting its other businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a BUY rating on both RLC, with Target Price of P18.53, and RCR, with Target Price of P7.52.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><em><em>This report is prepared by PinoyInvestor\u2019s partner broker below.
