We are revising our recommendation to a buy rating with a target price of P460\/share, supported by a stable outlook for trading activities in the Asia region, which is expected to sustain ICTSI\u2019s growth. The company\u2019s robust port operations, expanding global presence, and strategic approach to minimizing risk exposure to U.S. tariffs and trade policies further strengthen its long-term growth prospects, justifying this increase in our target price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analysis and Opinion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICT) booked a +66.10% year-on-year (y\/y) increase in attributable NI to $849.8 million for 2024, following a +14.7% y\/y rise in consolidated revenue to $2,739.5 million, driven by volume growth, favorable container mix, tariff adjustments, higher ancillary services revenues, and general cargo growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was partially offset by revenue declines at certain terminals, the expiration of the PICT concession, the sale of OJA, and unfavorable currency translation impacts. Excluding new and discontinued operations, revenue would have increased by +15.3% y\/y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ICTSI continues to grow, posting a +2.5% y\/y increase in consolidated volume for 2024, driven by new services, stronger trade activities, and VCT\u2019s contribution. Excluding new and discontinued operations, volume surged +5.1% y\/y. The Asia segment saw a solid +8.2% y\/y increase, while the Americas and EMEA experienced declines of -4.3% and -2.5% y\/y, respectively, primarily due to reduced volume at CGSA and PICT\u2019s concession expiration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite global trade tensions and U.S. tariffs, ICT\u2019s business remains largely unaffected, with marginal impact from US trade policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
