ACMobility, the mobility solutions arm of Ayala Corp. (AC), is set to enhance Makati City\u2019s electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure with 74 fully operational charging points across 18 strategic locations by the first quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement last week, the company said this expansion aligns with Makati’s commitment to sustainability and provides residents and visitors with increased access to charging stations for electric vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cACMobility is excited to enhance Makati\u2019s mobility infrastructure with a comprehensive charging network, ensuring convenient and efficient solutions for residents and visitors,\u201d said Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, CEO of ACMobility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“As a key city for our EV ecosystem expansion, Makati exemplifies the potential of electric mobility in urban centers, and we are dedicated to meeting its evolving needs toward a greener future.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACMobility currently operates 47 charging stations in Makati, located in key areas such as Valero 2, Dela Rosa 1, and high-traffic locations like the Makati Stock Exchange and Solaris One. These stations cater to a diverse range of users, including office workers, commuters, and residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In partnership with Ayala Land and the Makati Central Estate Association (MACEA), the upcoming expansion will see an additional 27 charging points, with 19 DC fast chargers that significantly reduce charging time. Among the new locations, ultra-fast chargers will be installed at the Corinthian and Legaspi car parks, offering increased accessibility for EV users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To support Makati’s round-the-clock business environment, several charging stations will operate 24\/7, providing a reliable solution for late-night and early-morning commuters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
