(PLUS) is set to make a power move by acquiring CasinoPlus, a mega-deal which could completely change the game for the Philippine online gaming industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Babbler said DigiPlus, which owns BingoPlus and ArenaPlus gaming apps, has been in talks with online gaming operator Casino Plus, which runs a casino at Hotel Stotsenberg in the Clark Freeport Zone, for the past few months and is reportedly set to make a deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal has been smooth so far considering that DigiPlus and Casino Plus have a few investors in common.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an interview, Casino Plus CEO and co-founder Evan Spytma credited the seamless integration of its land-based casino (which focuses on slot machines) with its online platform for expanding its player base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the buyout goes through, DigiPlus and Casino Plus would have a combined monthly revenue of P10 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s three times the monthly revenue of gambling mogul Atong Ang\u2019s Pitmaster when E-Sabong (banned in 2022) was at its peak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DigiPlus, which has a market value of P88 billion, has skyrocketed more than 10 times since the new owners took control from Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez last year and transitioned from bingo parlors to online gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(News Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/bilyonaryo.com\/2024\/11\/17\/mega-jackpot-digiplus-eyes-casinoplus-acquisition-that-could-triple-atong-angs-e-sabong-windfall\/business\/#:~:text=If%20the%20buyout%20goes%20through,2022)%20was%20at%20its%20peak.\">Bilyonaryo<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><em><em><em>This report is prepared by PinoyInvestor\u2019s partner broker below.
