(CLI) saw a notable increase in their topline, with 2Q 2024 revenues rising to P5.08 billion, up 16.21% year-on-year (y\/y), bringing its 1st half (1H) 2024 revenues to P11.31 billion (+23.7% y\/y). Key drivers behind this growth consisted of factors such as enhanced segmental performance, ongoing construction progress, an increase in hotel and leasing revenues, and a one-off lot sale. The firm\u2019s bottomline recorded double-digit growth, with NI rising to P1.03 billion (+54.7% y\/y) in 2Q 2024 and P2.22 billion (+24% y\/y) in 1H 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1H 2024, CLI launched 4 projects with their total value amounting to around P8.3 billion. Included in these 4 are Casa Mira Homes Butuan and Velmiro Heights Davao, the former of which marked CLI\u2019s initial expansion into Butuan and saw a major part of their inventories sold within the first month, while the latter sold out 362 units in 2 days. These pushed CLI to achieve a 94% sell-out status across their various projects, with total reservation sales amounting to P11.6 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of end-June, CLI features a total of 124 projects in varying development stages, alongside a diverse portfolio that includes residences, offices, hotels, mixed-use properties, and townships across 16 cities in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
