On July 25, 2024, the Board of Directors of RRHI approved to again further extend the share buyback program for the additional amount of P1.0 Billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A share buyback is when a company repurchases its own shares from the marketplace, which increases the demand for the company’s stocks and ultimately leads to a potential increase in share price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note that RRHI has already allotted a total of Php 8 billion for its buyback program initiated in 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 9, 2020, RRHI’s Board of Directors approved the initial share buyback program amounting to Php2.0 billion, followed by an additional amount of Php2.0 billion in 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, it allotted another Php2.0 billion and a separate Php1.0 billion in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
