After several attempts since last month, DNL finally broke above the 200-D moving average (MA) last Friday, gaining 3.95% and formed a rounding bottom pattern which suggests that a trend reversal to the upside is highly likely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stock closed at its monthly resistance of 6.85 which is also the neckline of the pattern and must stay above this level to confirm the breakout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its RSI nearing overbought territory, we advise buying the stock slowly at current levels and accumulate more once it establishes support above the breakout level. The measured price target after the breakout is at 7.80. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediate resistance is at 7.00 while supports are 6.70 and 6.50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
