Whoops\u2014 bears stepping on the breaks! \u270b\ud83c\udffb\ud83d\uded1 The PSEi concluded yesterday’s session with a -23.42pts decline to 6,623.01. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one knows for sure if this will be the end of the January upswing, however, technical indicators are showing a build up in the selling pressure, hinting that the bears could soon take over the wheel. The RSI has been decelerating this week as the buying momentum loses steam, while the DMIs exhibit a surge in selling pressure coupled with a flattish ADX. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the index appears to be looking for a reliable support, investors could opt to be bystanders for now and hold onto their cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
