After reaching its all-time high of 151.40 in mid-July last year, BDO pulled back and has been creating higher highs and lower lows but still respecting the 125.50 to 126.00 area as support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Jan 4-5, it broke out of its key moving averages as well as its downtrend line gaining around 5.5%. Yesterday, the counter jumped by another 2.5% and was able to breach its 135.50 resistance and traded around these levels throughout out the session only to be sold down by MOC flows, closing in the red at 132.30. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also note that BDO has recently formed a death cross pattern signaling that sellers remain in control and may push the price down further. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That being the case, we recommend a sell for those with existing profitable positions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initial support would be at the said trendline around 130.00 then 129.20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
