This robust performance was primarily driven by a substantial +12.87% y\/y growth in its 2Q 2023 topline, which reached P4.37 billion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This remarkable uptick in revenue can be attributed to the strong demand of newly launched projects and ongoing construction progress. Revenue streams of the company showed healthy results, with hotel operations having the biggest y\/y growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the prevailing high-interest rate environment, CLI has achieved a remarkable feat by boosting its reservation sales to P10.54 billion during the first half of 2023, marking the highest-ever performance in the company’s history for the first semester. The success can be attributed to CLI’s strong focus on economic housing. This underscores the company’s ability to adapt to market trends and leverage its core strengths effectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
