All things considered, we are reinforcing our BUY rating towards AC with our
fair value Target Price at P1,080.00 <\/strong>on the assumption that we are nearing the tail
end of the global macro headwinds this year and that the firm could sustain its
steady profitability growth. With the prevailing stock price, AC has a potential
to trek on a high double-digit upside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analysis and Opinion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the 4th quarter 2022, Ayala Corporation (AC) grew its net income by +47% year-on-year (y\/y) to P9.01 billion on the back of the triple-digit spike in its revenues amounting P68.10 billion. The upbeat 2022 figures of the conglo were mostly driven by the higher contribution of its banking unit BPI on higher interest and net interest income, as well as the contribution from ALI on its strong commercial lot sales as the
economy slowly began reopening. Moreover, the group\u2019s ISP arm GLO bagged P35 billion in profits which largely stemmed from its data center sales and higher data service revenues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, ACEN\u2019s bottomline grew more than double on revaluation gain from the UPC Australia buyout. On the flipside, non-core business of the group likewise sustained its positive trajectory. The improving performance of the pharma and clinic units bolstered AC Health\u2019s profitability, while ALLHC had sustained growth operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
