After topping out at its SMA 260, the PSEi appears to be heading downwards but with indicators being a little bit better as compared to last month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MACD had just started to turn bullish with selling pressure contracting by a little bit. RSI is also now on neutral levels as compared to its heavy downtrend last month. Volatility is also down which is good as prices are less likely to fall harshly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we could be seeing are brief run ups after prices fall back to its support. This range can be tradeable but with shorter holding periods on most stocks as it will be prone to profit taking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support: 6,360.97.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resistance: 6,590.34.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
