The PSEI opened this month with bulls being able to defend 6,600 levels! This could mean that prices could now move towards its resistance of 6,814.1401, this being the left shoulder before prices ran up to 7k levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MACD is also at the end of its bearishness with MAs still being mixed indicating some consolidation. Selling pressure is also contracting with momentum slowly heading towards bullishness. Volatility is also at a low. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potentially, this could mean that prices can move back to 7k if bulls could go past 6800 levels. If not, then this could be a bearish head and shoulders pattern with a right shoulder forming. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nonetheless, what we are seeing right now are bulls trying to push prices upwards with most equities benefitting from this move. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support: 6,629.55.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resistance: 6,814.14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
