As such, we are merely rolling forward our estimate model for 2024. Note, however, that the point of interest for DD beginning 2023 would be its Hotel 101 business venture, which management expects to take off globally in the long-term. We believe beginning 2024, this would be the main drive of growth for DD. Ultimately, rental income and hotel revenues are expected to grow organically, in line with the following assumptions: 1) stable office tenancy, 2) stable rental escalation, and 3) improving local tourism conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are downgrading our 12-month Fair Value to P12.80, however, considering the<br>lack of short-term catalysts that could prompt significant equity returns. While we continue to project more growth from DD\u201ds industrial elasing segment, the contribution to bottomline would not be that significant.
