We retain our BUY<\/strong> rating on LTG with a Fair Value Target Price of P20.20<\/strong>. The
potential capital appreciation of the firm is at ~106% with its last traded prices. For 2023, things are looking bright as the macro headwinds are expected to ease amid
the cooling of US inflation which could then lower interest rates that could lift
the company\u2019s margins for the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analysis and Opinion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

LTG Group, Inc. (LTG) was able to grow its bottomline by threefold year-on-year (y\/y) to P25.66 billion on the back of the significantly lower GAE and the sustained growth momentum in its revenues which climbed by +6.57% y\/y to P71.34 billion. Despite the higher sales volume on its distilled spirits and beverages business category, the higher sales costs and expenses have dragged the segments\u2019 profitability. The property units of the firm, which is being led by Eton Properties, are now seeing a higher retail occupancy rates based on its previous report, however, residential sales were lacking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the key financial ratios are expected to accelerate for full-year 2022 to full-year 2023 estimate (FY22E-FY23E) given that the profitability of the company catches up. The equity returns, profit margins, and ROA are projected to trend upwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
