The local bourse closed -0.40% lower at 7,041.50 yesterday, still notably above the key 7k support. Note, however, that yesterday\u2019s candlestick looks bearish. The long upper wick and failed breakout past the 7,100 resistance means the sellers are more or less controlling the market now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shooting star could prompt the bearish trend reversal that we\u2019re only narrowly avoiding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indicators, while still strong on buy signs, are showing flattening buying pressure. RSI is also cooling down as volatility starts to weaken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Better to sell on intra-day rallies and cash in on some gains in order to reposition once the index corrects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support: 7,000 \/ 6,900.00 \/ 6,500.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resistance: 7,200.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
