The local bourse managed a feat that took us all by surprise this week! It broke out of the crucial, psychological 7k resistance and was actually able to sustain a level above this. It even reached a high of 7,132.10 earlier this week. Yesterday, it closed -0.45% lower at 7,014.04\u2014as expected after such a big pump the day prior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indicators are still very bullish at this point, but we\u2019re starting to see declining momentum and buying pressures. This means that there could potentially be further downturn in the next few days as profit-taking drives the market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is important now that the index manages to hold a level above the 6,800.00 support despite the looming correction, for this would then validate its mid-term recovery through a sustained upward trend channel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support: 6,800.00 \/ 6,500.00. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resistance: 7,200.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
