Although the price is still far from its levels pre-breakdown, it looks like TEL is on its way to correcting the gap down. The pace is slow-going, however, but the staircase formation seems sustainable enough in the long-run\u2014strictly speaking from a technical aspect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though a slow run-up to 1,500 is very possible in the next few weeks, the next few days we\u2019re likely going to see sustained bearish movement. Indicators are still heavy on the selling pressure, despite the -DI\/+DI gap starting to thin out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Better to wait for the MACD signal lines to flip into a buy sign before taking a position. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
